This Dog is the offspring of AKC registered parents. The Dog can be registered with the AKC (American Kennel Club) on FULL or LIMITED terms as indicated. The Dog is in good health, free of known contagious diseases and has had vaccinations and worming required for it's age.

BUYER IS ENCOURAGED TO HAVE THE DOG EXAMINED BY THEIR OWN LICENSED VETERINARIAN UPON RECEIPT OF THE PUPPY.

If the Dog is determined to be in poor health within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Dog, as evidenced by a veterinarian's statement, BUYER may return the Dog and AKC paperwork within 24 hours of prognosis for a full refund of purchase price upon SELLER'S receipt of the veterinarian's statement regarding the puppy's health. SELLER reserves the right to have a second veterinarian of his choice evaluate the Dog's condition before refund will be issued.

SELLER guarantees the Dog against any inheritable/genetic defects for one (1) year from date of birth. SELLER makes no guarantee regarding loss of the Dog because of accidental death, theft, sickness, etc., or any other loss beyond Seller's contract, except as stated above. If the Dog develops any inheritable/genetic defect within twelve (12) months from the date of birth, BUYER may return the Dog and AKC paperwork for a full refund of purchase price upon SELLER'S receipt of the veterinarian's statement regarding the puppy's inheritable/genetic defect. SELLER reserves the right to have a second veterinarian of his choice evaluate the Dog's condition before the warranty will be honored. Or BUYER can elect to keep the Dog, assuming all costs for it's care, in which case, BUYER agrees to promptly neuter/spay the Dog, providing a copy of the veterinarian's neuter/spay certificate to SELLER, and, if necessary, changing the registration of the Dog to indicate that the Dog is not to be bred.

If the dog is kept under proper care and conditions and has not had any injuries but develops a severe case of hip dysplasia within thirty (30) months of receipt of the Dog, a full refund of the purchase price will be given, provided a letter from the examining licensed veterinarian is submitted as evidence within 24 hours of the prognosis, and the dog and AKC paperwork is returned within the guaranteed period. SELLER reserves the right to have a second veterinarian of his choice evaluate the Dog's condition before refund will be issued.

Under no conditions and at no time during the life of the Dog will SELLER pay or assist in paying veterinary expenses after the Dog is purchased or return shipment of the Dog should the BUYER return the dog, including any such expenses directly or indirectly related to any inheritable/genetic defects.

BUYER certifies, by signing this agreement, that the Dog will live with BUYER as a pet dog, will have adequate exercise, nutritious food and necessary health care from a licensed veterinarian, INCLUDING ALL REMAINING PUPPY VACCINATIONS/WORMING AND YEARLY VACCINATIONS/WORMING/RABIES. BUYER also agrees that puppy will not be taken into any public situations, i.e., Petsmart, Groomer, Dog Parks, etc. until puppy has received his/her 16 week checkup/vaccinations/rabies.
